• Tail-Gate spots are $10.00 each.
• Commercial Vendors $15.00.

A Monies collected for the tail-gate spots are considered donations only.

THERE IS:

• No tables available. (it is preferred that you bring your own tables to set up behind your vehicle).
• No electricity available.

THERE IS NO NEED  FOR RESERVATIONS AND SPECIAL NEEDS, THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM

CONCESSION STAND MENU:

• Biscuits & Gravy, Breakfast Rolls for breakfast, Lunch, Hotdogs,  home made bake pies & cookies (if we can get the girls to do the baking).
• Coffee, Coke, Diet Coke, and Water.
• All sales are consider donations to the club.

W5YI-VEC TEST SESSIONS:

• 8:AM Till Noon. 
• Walk-ins Welcome.
• ID is required, A form of government-issued Photo ID (e.g. Drivers license, Passport, or Student ID.
• You "must" have your Social Security number, FRN number or TIN with you (Tax Payer Identification Number).
• The ARRL VEC Test Fee for 2010 will remain at $14.00.  The fee cannot be reduced or waived, as FCC requires VEC's who charge a fee to apply it uniformly throughout the calendar year.  (exact change preferred)

upgrading?

• Bring a photo copy of your amateur radio license
• A CSCE notice of passing an exam element.  

PRE-REGISTRATION is preferred to have your 605 and CSCE all filled out in advance to expedite the exam during the tail-gate.

TALK-IN:
Will be on the K4NBR repeater on 147.330 Mhz - PL 107.2 Hz.
New location for NBARC repeater is Parrish Medical Center. Our coverage Area is approximately 30 mile radius.
